This wonderful idea to capture a family while they were all back together and in the same country was the idea of Jeff and Heathers Children as a special birthday present to their parents, who were a little later in the year to celebrate a rather special birthday together. The family live in three different countries and had come together this summer to celebrate the christening of the most recent two additions to this beautiful family. So whilst they were all together they took this opportunity to have some lovely photos taken – something I think we should all do a lot more often – not just at weddings!

They were such lovely family to work with, and it wasn’t necessarily an easy scenario, with lots of people around, bright sunshine, heat and 4 youngsters we all needed lots of patience and time. This kind of shoot isn’t something you can rush through. And they were all so great! Considering the number of people around I am really pleased with what we achieved that day!

My prompt to finally get this blog up was on receiving the most lovely email from Jeff and Heather this weekend!

“Dear Sarah
Back at the beginning of August, my family had a very relaxed and interesting photo session with you on Brighton beach and seafront, the session having been organised between you and my son.
Following our birthdays, Heather and I have now seen the results of that session and quite frankly, we are overwhelmed by the beauty, clarity and quality of all the photos you took and it would be very remiss of us not to write to congratulate you on your wonderful work.  The relaxed atmosphere you created during the photo session has undoubtedly shone through in the results, especially as there were ten people to contend with and four of those were youngsters.  Not easy!!!
You are a very talented young lady and we wish you continued prosperity with your work.
