I travelled to Blyth to meet with my Northumberland couple for their pre wedding shoot on the beach! Their wedding next summer is going to be in the Lake District – which I can’t wait for ! Its been a few years since I’ve been ‘Ooop’ that way. We chose Blyth beach for the pre shoot as it was easier for all of us to travel to, plus it is where both Michelle and Stephen grew up, holding many memories for them both. Stephen also proposed to Michelle on a beach! Not this one but one in Wales that is also a favourite of theirs.

It may have been November but thankfully the day was nice and dry and the wind from the previous day had even dropped and it wasn’t even too chilly!! It was slightly overcast, but sometimes I prefer that to full on sunshine anyway. It can make for a more interesting sky and means no squinting or having to pick angles carefully.

Michelle chose to wear her wellies which are also her ‘wedding wellies’ so ties in nicely with their wedding day. I also believe they match their colour scheme for the day too. I had asked them to bring a blanket and Michelle’s amazing friend had made her one especially for the shoot! – well maybe not just for the shoot but she did make sure it was ready in time for the shoot! And a gorgeous blanket it is too! www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk

As we reached the waters edge after a while shooting on the dunes, golden sunshine just started to gently break through the hazy cloud and made a perfect gentle glow, outlining Michelle and Stephen and bringing to life the lovely texture and colours in the dune grass and the sand.   www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.ukwww.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk www.sarahlondonphotography.co.uk
