  • Formal Group Photos

    Please list all of the people in each of your family/friends group photos. /// This list does not need to include 'bridal party' groups (bridesmaids/best men etc) as I will do those as standard. /// Please give first names for individuals or 'family names' to refer to a group of non immediate family and where it might be large group photo. i.e. "Katie and Luke - with Katie's extended family" which would mean aunts, uncles, cousins as well as immediate family OR "Katie and Luke - with {list immediate family names} and The Jones's and The Smith's - for example.

  • Catering Information

    If I am with you for more than 5 hours I really will need to eat something. It is a high energy job and can be a long day, so I will certainly need to refuel at some point. It is always useful for me to know before the day if any provisions have been made for me/us with regards to eating. I normally choose to have a break at the same time you eat, as photos of guests eating are never flattering! So that I know what to expect or prepare for If you could indicate below by selecting the appropriate option from the list I would be very grateful .
  • Hot vegetarian meal provided by caterers at a guest table
  • Hot vegetarian meal ordered and pre paid for by yourselves and provided by caterers in separate room.
  • Cold vegetarian meal ordered and pre paid for by yourselves and provided by caterers in a separate room.
  • Sarah should arrange to leave the venue for a hot vegetarian meal or bring a packed lunch.

  • Please let me know how you would both like to be known once you are married - will one or both of you be changing your surname, merging, making one up or will you be keeping your respective surnames?
  • Are you going away after your wedding day, either immediately or soon after? If so please let me know details such as location and dates to and from - This helps me to know when and how I'll have contact with you with regards to images and delivery etc
  • Occasionally people move home between the time they booked my services and their final wedding package delivery date, so please let me know if you have moved home, plan to or if there is a better address to post to such as a work address, as your package will be delivered Mon-Fri and will need a signature. Also if you will be away on an extended honeymoon/travelling an alternative address will be needed. (I will inform you once I have posted your parcel so that you know when to expect delivery - the following day)
  • Supplier information

    It's really useful for me to know your key suppliers so that I can credit and praise them where possible and appropriate and also it helps if they make contact with me with regards to your images (I will always let you know if any supplier requests images before I send anything). Feel free to give as much or as little info as you can or want.
